Marina Alta - Denia/Javea villa rental details

The Property
The property sleeps up to 8 people. Spacious accomodation. Large grounds and a large private pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned making it very comfortable. Both bathrooms were complete renovated in 2005 and offer excellent facilities. All the rooms are large and airy and very comfortably furnished. The lounge has both German and English Satellite TV. CD player and play station console.

The Grounds
The villa has a very secluded private swimming pool surrounded by spacious sun terracing. Large well tended gardens with Table Tennis. There is also a large covered sun terrace for those times when it is too hot to sit in the sun. There is also a bar-b-que on the terrace and additional tables and chairs for eating al fresco.

The Local Vicinity
The local beach is only a 10 minute walk. Here you can swim, fish and snorkel. There is a small bar and cafe on the beach and ample parking. There are a number of good restaurants in walking distance with many more only a 5 minute drive away. Local taxis are very cheap if you don't want to drive. There is a 9 hole golf course 10 minutes away. A number of 18 hole course are within a half hour. There are also a number of diving schools where it is possible to achieve the padi certificate

There is ample space for parking two vehicles off road. A small safe is provided for secure storage of passports etc during your stay. The television is serviced by a large dish enabling the villa to receive all BBC and ITV channels.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
