Luxury home adjacent to 5* Hotel on a golf course.
Casa Cactus is adjacent to the Pula Suites Hotel (5*), it overlooks the first green of the championship Pula Golf Course. There are three restaurants on-site plus an indoor pool, gym and spa complex with beauty treatments and tennis courts. Son Servera is the nearest town with a good selection of shops restaurants and bars. The market is held on Friday mornings. The nearest beach at Port Vell is 3km away and has a lifeguard on duty in the Summer. Other beach resorts around the area include Cala Bona, Cala Millor, Canyamel, Cala Ratjada, Sa Coma and Porto Cristo.

Sitting Room and designer Kitchen
The house is airy and spacious, comfortably furnished for four adults. The master bedroom has two twin beds and a large en-suite shower room with his and hers marble washbasins. There are two private terraces to enjoy al-fresco living, the upstairs garden terrace (50sq.m.) is equipped with a barbecue, and furnished with sun-loungers and table and chairs. The central heating and the wood-burning stove keep the house warm for those cooler winter evenings. Each room is individually air-conditioned if needed.

Beautiful views and excellent on-site facilities
There are magnificent views from the cactus garden, downstairs terrace and upstairs garden terrace over the golf course and pine, olive, almond and citrus trees to the hills and sea. The hotel outdoor pool is free to our visitors. The fantastic indoor pool, gym and spa complex is available to visitors for a small charge. Book at hotel reception. Ther are three other golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Due to the distance from the nearest shops (2km) a car is essential to maximise your enjoyment. There is occasional noise from the grass cutters on the golf course.

Sandra says: "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cactus. For once, a property that is better than portrayed on the website and more than met our expectations; the pictures on the website do not do the property justice. The property is very spacious, with large rooms, a downstairs patio and roof terrace with sunloungers. Casa Cactus is immaculatey furnished and well equiped. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom had an amazing shower and two wash basins. There are ample wardrobes and storage. The nearby communcal pool had plenty of sun loungers and shady areas. The only thing we would have liked would have been a downstairs toilet (perhaps we were being too lazy!) but there are 2 bathrooms upstairs. We have booked to stay again."
