The property
A luxury air conditioned beach front apartment looking west across the bay of Mazarron. Tastfully furnished with plenty of room for 4 but can sleep 6 using the sofa settee in lounge. Quality marble floor tiles, video entry phone system and secure car parking. Enjoy the sun set and then let the waves lull you to sleep!

The development
Built in sought after position on a natural headland between 2 beaches. Landscaped gardens with more than 100 palm trees. Fantastic pool and has private tennis court.

The location
Ideally situated in prime position at Isla Plana between Puerto de Mazarron (5 min drive), a busy fishing port and the untouched village and bay of La Azohia. This is a great place to discover and explore what is being called the "Cornwall of Spain".

Sleeping:
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television with video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

JIM says: "The property was lovely, large enough, with fantastic views of the sea,puerto mazarron and the mountains. Easy, just one flight of stairs, but also lift available. very clean with a great kitchen with all you need, including washing machine/dryer. The air conditioning was a godsend! Pool area really nice and fairly quiet when we went 2nd week july. The sea / beach right next 3 mins walk. The only two or three downsides was the bed in main bedroom is a double bed(too small for the bigger adults) and very hard! and also we took 2 of our adult offspring with us and only one full set of keys were available, which was a pain when us and them didnt want to go to the same place and came back at differnet times. The nearest bar/restaurant is over 1 mile away and too far to walk in the july heat.always need to use a car so a few wines is not possible for all. Otherwise a lovely holiday! thankyou."
