A luxury villa with a very private pool, set in a peaceful picturesque valley looking down towards the mediteranean sea.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location
All mod cons are here including dvd, air conditioning, pool heating etc, fantastic beaches, golf, shops bars and restaurants in abundance, all within 5 minutes by car (which is essential).

Villa Golondrinas has 1 twin bedroom and 3 doubles, one of which is a very spacious separate lower floor appartment with en-suite and triple fold out sofa bed, this is ideal for a family with 2-3 young children. All main rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, some with air-conditioning and the poolside and outdoor dining terrace (naya) are more than amply furnished with chairs, tables, sun-beds and parasols etc. THE SWIMMING POOL IS CHLORINE FREE DUE TO THE FITTING OF AN ECO-FRIENDLY FILTER, POOL HEATING IS PROVIDED DURING CERTAIN MONTHS, not July, August and September. There is a small sea view from the end of the pool terrace but main views are lovely hillsides with villas and trees.

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double,1 twin and a cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the Family Suite, a double sofa bed located in the Family Suite. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
